VINEMONT - A Vinemont man was arrested on Dec. 11, charged with trafficking in illegal drugs.
Charles David Sutton, 48, was taken into custody by Cullman City Police Department Sgt. David Nassetta, Sgt. Scott Sanford, Sgt. Chris Thomason, Investigator Justin Craft and Officers Trey Higginbotham, Dustin Colburn and Cole Kelley.
The arrest was the result of an undercover operation in which Sutton was allegedly found to be in possession of 180 oxycodone 30mg pills.
Sutton remains in the Cullman County Detention Center on a $250,000 property bond.
